The Meditation Made Simple program will teach you 8

duration from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. In addition, the course brings you insight
into the human mind and teaches you to train your own mind to be positive, calm
and happy. These ancient wisdom teachings reinforce the meditative practices to
put you on the path to self-mastery, peace and joy. All you have to do is apply
the teachings to your life and practice the techniques.
