Eight new Reiki practitioners have joined the community of healers and 5 practitioners have gone on to learn 2nd degree Reiki so that they can send the beautiful energy anywhere in the world where it is needed.
In late April, the focus shifted to meditation, with a Joyful Meditation workshop bringing peace and happiness.
Coming up in May:
- another 2nd degree (level 2) Reiki workshop;
- talks on Living Happily with Change; Meditation and Mindfulness; Stress Management.
