Reiki for Beginners (Level 1) workshop
The start of the healing, strengthening, joyous Reiki journey
Channel positive Reiki energy to yourself and others, boost immunity, remove old health problems, release stress. Channel the energy to yourself, family and friends, pets and plants.
A workshop includes 4 attunements to bring your energies into better balance, 7 hours of teachings and practice, and a free follow-up session to answer questions that may arise once you start practising Reiki. You will receive a manual to remind you of the teachings, and a certificate to say you are qualified to do hands-on healing.

Choose between a Friday-Saturday workshop and a weekend workshop:
Feb 19 and 20 (mornings, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
or
March 5 and 6 (mornings, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
Mindfulness Meditation - half-day workshop
Ideal for beginners; and for anyone who is short on time and high on stress.
Learn easy and effective mindfulness techniques. Find calmness and a sense of peace. Quickly release stress, irritation or anger. Bring more positivity into your life.
