WHAT'S NEW
The Centre now offers corporate training, as a separate workshop or as part of a corporate training programme. In October, I facilitated three sessions on Meditation and Mindfulness to Lead and Manage Change for 15 senior managers from the Asia-Pacific. The sessions were very well received; needless to say, I enjoyed the sessions just as much as the participants!


The Terataii Centre offers individual counselling and coaching, Reiki and meditation workshops, and corporate training.


- Corporate training in Meditation, Mindfulness, Leading and Managing Change, Managing Stress.
- Individual Reiki healing sessions;
- Reiki attunements and teachings in small workshops;
- Individual counselling/therapy sessions; 
- Breath and mantra meditation classes; and
- Individually designed sessions to help you lead a happy, fulfilled life; combining Reiki, counselling, coaching, meditation.
