New Meditation Workshops soon

Having recently finished my training in meditation teaching at SoulCentre Singapore, I am now qualified to lead workshops developed by SoulCentre founder and my own guru Vikas Malkani.

The first workshop will be Meditation Made Simple, until now taught only by Vikas. This workshop is designed to help you establish your own regular meditation practice and set you on the journey to self-mastery. It teaches several meditation techniques in the simplest way and imparts ancient wisdom in today's language, so that it is easy to follow.

ALL TEACHINGS AT THE TERATAII CENTRE ARE ENTIRELY NON-RELIGIOUS.

The Meditation Made Simple workshops will replace, and expand on, the meditation workshops held previously at the Terataii Centre.
