2 TALKS: on MEDITATION, and CHANGE MANAGEMENT

I thoroughly enjoyed talking to two groups of thoroughly engaged professionals in April and May.

On 13 May, I talked to about 35 staff of the Singapore Institute of Management. It was a lot of fun because the audience was so obviously interested and engaged. We even tried two short meditations together, yes, even in that seemingly non-meditative conference room setting!

Very receptive staff, so open to new ideas. Only 2 of them had ever meditated before, but they got quite into our brief practices and listened attentively to the talk, asking a number of questions at the end.

On 30 April, I addressed journalists, sales, marketing and other staff at Thomson Reuters on Living Happily with Change. Once again, I was privileged to have a very engaged audience.

What a pleasure it is to share experiences and learning with people who are open and receptive!
