Meditation brings numerous short- and long-term benefits. For
those short on time and high on stress, the workshop offers easy and quick ways
to:
- - make important decisions with full focus
- - release stress and increase calmness
- - clear your head for crucial tasks that need your full
attention
- - stay calm even in the midst of a stressful situation.
You will learn
different ways to meditate so that you can see what works best for you. You can
then choose one or more short, easy and effective practices that you can do on
your own after the workshop on a regular basis. While occasional meditation
will help you release stress and bring calmness to your day, regular practice
will make you a calmer, more peaceful and happier person – for life. The
workshop facilitator will help you draw up a simple plan for a regular home
practice so that you can begin your transformation.
