Pamposh Dhar teaches easy and effective ways to meditate,
helps you find what works best for you and encourages you to incorporate it
into you life in the way that feels most natural to you. She offers
after-workshop support through guided group meditation
sessions (at a minimal cost), free guided meditation videos and by remaining
connected through email.
Pamposh has learnt many different ways to meditate over the
years, and has taught meditation since 2006. She is also a counsellor, with a
Masters from the University of South Australia, and a Reiki teacher and healer.
