Meditation Made Simple - Wisdom and Meditation


Meditation Made Simple brings you amazing wisdom as well as techniques of meditation, contemplation, self-awareness and positive focus to lead you to calmness, inner peace and joy. And it takes all of 4 days to learn this!


In eight hours of teachings - spread over 4 days - you will learn:

- how to master your own mind and live a happier, more joyful life.

- quick techniques to calm yourself and clear your mind at work, at home, in traffic, even in the middle of an argument.

- how to set up your own regular meditation and mindfulness practice to bring peace and stability to your life.


The Meditation Made Simple program will teach you 8 specific practices of meditation, calmness and self-awareness, varying in duration from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. In addition, the course brings you insight into the human mind and teaches you to train your own mind to be positive, calm and happy. These ancient wisdom teachings reinforce the meditative practices to put you on the path to self-mastery, peace and joy. All you have to do is apply the teachings to your life and practice the techniques.
