Meditation for Busy People

Morning workshop, September 19 (Saturday)

Meditation brings numerous short- and long-term benefits. For those short on time and high on stress, the workshop offers easy and quick ways to:
-       - make important decisions with full focus
-       - release stress and increase calmness
-       - clear your head for crucial tasks that need your full attention
-       - stay calm even in the midst of a stressful situation.

You will learn different ways to meditate so that you can see what works best for you. You can then choose one or more short, easy and effective practices that you can do on your own after the workshop on a regular basis. While occasional meditation will help you release stress and bring calmness to your day, regular practice will make you a calmer, more peaceful and happier person – for life. The workshop facilitator will help you draw up a simple plan for a regular home practice so that you can begin your transformation.

The workshop is completely non-religious.

Date: Saturday, Sept. 19
Time: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Venue: The Terataii Centre, 04-03C Sime Darby Centre, 896 Dunearn Road, S 589472.
Cost: $150

About the Facilitator

“Pamposh exudes peace and contentment and is such a fine example of what meditation can do to help us find self-love and a feeling of freedom and joy at any given moment – simply as a CHOICE in the now, in each moment.” – Elizabeth Lake, meditation student

Pamposh Dhar teaches easy and effective ways to meditate, helps you find what works best for you and supports you in incorporating this into your life in the way that feels most natural to you. She offers after-workshop support through group meditation sessions, free guided meditation videos and by remaining connected to you through email.

Pamposh has taught meditation since 2006, in the Philippines, India, Switzerland and Singapore. She has meditated regularly herself for the past 15 years. Over the years, she has learnt many ways to meditate, from different teachers, including Zen, Sahaj, Transcendental Meditation, and the meditation and kriya taught in the basic and advanced Art of Living courses.
